Candy bleakz whose real name is Akiode Blessing is a Nigerian female rapper, who was born on the 5th of August 1999 in Epe, Lagos state Nigeria.
Candy was raised in Epe, and she honed her rapping skills in the streets of Lagos. She started rapping at a very young age, and released a song in 2013.

Candy bleakz completed her primary and secondary school education in Lagos state, were she obtained her first school leaving certificate and west African senior school certificate.
She currently is a student of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, where she is currently studying sociology.

Candy bleakz started rapping at a young age, and has been doing music for a while now, she released a song in 2013 titled “Blessing sky”.
She has also performed in many shows and came second in the Lagos talent show. Candy bleakz featured during Felaboration, an annual music festival by Yeni Anikulapokuti in memory and celebration of her father Fela Kuti. Candy performed twice on stage and went home with the best rapper award.
