However, a popular TikToker very dark man took it upon himself to verify the information and fight for the rights of the victims. On August 26, 2023, he posted a video on his page showing the JennyGlow Abuja branch being sealed by NAFDAC for using a fake NAFDAC number.
JennyGlow made an official statement claiming that NAFDAC would not give fake numbers and also stated that the Abuja branch was not sealed only some of the products were put on hold pending the approval of NAFDAC. She went on to ensure the public that her product was safe and tested. However, the question on the internet is why was the product on sale knowing that it has not yet been approved by NAFDAC.
