Dr Musa Adamu Aliyu was born and raised in Jigawa state where he completed his early education before, he went to Bayero University, Kano where he obtained his degree in Law.

In 2019, Gombe State Governor, Mohammed BadaruAbubakar, appointed Dr Musa Adamu Aliyu as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
