Stage 1, Port Harcourt, with the participation of a little over twenty (20) individuals, including him and his significant other.

The Church moved from Plot 35, Birabi to Plot 17, Birabi Street (the current location) in G.R.A. Port Harcourt in July 1999. It is currently rumored to be worth over N1.5 billion.

He made the decision to relocate to its new site at Igwuruta, along International Airport Road in Port Harcourt, with a capacity of N5 billion closed by various offices as a result of the population he was drawing.

In 1995, David Ibiyeomie became a Christian by repenting and discovered his spiritual calling. Bishop David Oyedepo guided him. In 1996, he enrolled in a full-time Bible program at the Word of Faith Bible Institute, a division of Pastor David Oyedepo’s ministry. Bishop Oyedepo’s instructions had a big impact on him during his preparation.
