Uba Sani is the current governor of Kaduna state under the All progressives congress (APC). He was previously the senator representing the Kaduna central senatorial district from 2019 to 2023.
He went into politics in 1999 after the return of democracy and was in support of the then PDP (People’s democratic party) candidate and eventual winner Olusegun Obasanjo. Sani was appointed as special adviser on public affairs to the president.
