Jimmy Odukoya Early Life and Education

Jimmy Odukoya was born on April, 27 in Lagos State. He completed his early education in Lagos state where he grew up with his parents and siblings before he went to the United States. He went to Oral Roberts University, Oklahoma, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same university.

Jimmy Odukoya Career

Jimmy Odukoya began his ministerial career at an early age when he started singing in the church choir as he was growing up and also participating in religious activities. He was devoted to God and when he relocated to the United States, he became highly involved in the Greenwood Christian Center under Debie McIntosh and Bishop Gary. He played a key role in the expansion of the ministry and the growth of the church.

In 2009, Jimmy Odukoya obtained his ministerial license and was ordained as a pastor at Fountain of Life Church. After he relocated back to Nigeria, he was made the assistant pastor of Church 3:16, which is the youth arm of the church.

Jimmy Odukoya ventured into the Nigerian movie industry and made his movie debut in the movie “Baby Shower” produced by Desmond Elliot. Since then, he has appeared in different Nollywood movies and has also won several awards to his name.

On September 17, 2023, it was announced to the public that Jimmy Odukoya has been declared the new General Overseer of the Fountain of Life Church and also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He will be taking over as the senior pastor officially from September 30, 2023.
