He was born as the fourth child in a family of 6 children.

Fiokee obtained his first school leaving certificate and west African senior school certificate before proceeding to the petroleum training institute (PTI) in Effurun, Delta State to study Mechanical Engineering.

Fiokee learnt how to play the Guitar from a TaxiCab driver and was part of his church choir. As a student in the Petroleum Training institute, he played in Churches.
Fiokee competed as part of a group called “Diamonds” in the 2008 edition of the reality television music show “Star Quest” and won.
