He attended Nazareth Nursery and Primary School in Lagos, as well as the community Grammar school, before enrolling at Igbobi College Yaba.

He was able to earn a diploma in data processing from Olabisi Onabanjo University before he applied for a degree in business administration at Lagos State University.

In one of his interviews, he stated that at the early age of 5, he fell in love with music and his mum had always supported him for a long time.

He is a sports text manager and presenter and he also handles a program on Beat FM and Classic FM which he has been responsible for over some years and has worked in the sport media,  with them for about 8 years.

He attended an audition where he was able to become a TV presenter and has participated in different shows. In 2003, he was awarded as MTA on Girls TV producer and was nominated for best on-air personality of the year.

He has also worked at Lagos’s Beat 99.9 FM in October 2009, where he hosted a show called Sports Extra with Jimmy.
