Sunday Igboho started a campaign to chase killer herdsmen and kidnappers out of the South-West states and went further to call on Yoruba in Hausa or Igbo regions to return home in 2021. Recently, he regained his freedom in the Benin Republic after two years of trial by the Beninese government. Sunday Igboho whose full name is Chief Sunday Adeniyi Adeyemo was born on October 10, 1972, in Igboho, Oyo State. He completed his early education at the local high school in Igboho before he moved with his father to Osun State.

Sunday Igboho Career

Sunday Igboho began his career as a motorcycle repairer before he ventured into automobiles where he sells cars and was able to start his current Adeson business. He came into the spotlight after the role he played in the Modakeke-Ife communal crisis in 1997, where he was a defendant of the Modakeke people. He later relocated to Ibadan where he met former Oyo state Governor, Lam Adesina while trying to defend the rights of the people at a fuel station.

Sunday Igboho also worked with former Governor, Rasheed Ladoja as one of his most trusted aides. In 2021, he started a campaign to chase killer herdsmen and kidnappers out of the South-West states and went further to call on Yoruba in Hausa or Igbo regions to return home.
