Bisi Egbeyemi was born on May 8,1944 in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He attended St. Savior’s Primary School, Ado-Ekiti, Holy Trinity Anglican School llawe-Ekiti, and Baptist School, Ado-Ekiti. He also went to Harding Memorial Secondary Modern School where he obtained his SSCE. He studied privately with a laboratory assistant at Ekiti Parapo College.
Bisi Egbeyemi attended the University of Lagos College of Education where she read Biology and Physical Education and Passed with Distinction in Physical Education. He went to the University of Ife and the Nigerian Law School, where he obtained his Barrister at Law Certificate.

From 2010 – 2014, Bisi Egbeyemi was the Director of Owena Motels in Ondo State and the Director of Odua Investment Company Limited. He consented and won alongside Governor Kayode Fayemi in the 2017 Ekiti State gubernatorial election under the All Progressive Party.
